Job Responsibilities |
- 4-6 years experience in SAP and PAP or fertilizer or pertrochemical or chemical or cement industry covering electrical installation, maintenance execution and electrical protection inspection/ testing.
- Experience in projects, analysis of equipment performance, trouble shooting and exposure to turnaround.
- Integrity managemtn through the application of risk and reliability centred maintenance techniques and root cause analysis would be an advantage. Should have proven facilitation experience, good presentation and writing skiills.
- Review drawings and documents, electrical scope of work and resource requirements for execution of the SAP and PAP Project.
- Coordinating with consultants, other discipline engineers, project engineers, material personnel, plant operator and area maintenance teams.
- Assist in plant commissioning, start-up, normal operational and turnaround in compliance with the Company’s policy and guidelines.
- Development and implementation of equipment inspection and maintenance activity based QA / QC procedures.
- Establish preventive maintenance activities, spare parts, special tools and equipment availability.
- Ensure electrical documentation kept up-do-date and reporting as per organization policy. |
