Responsibilities Our client is newly established branch for an International holding Company that deals with BMS, Smart Systems & Home Automation.
Our client is currently looking to hire a talented Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial support and a variety of administrative tasks in an organized and timely manner. The candidate is supposed to work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the client work and communication.
Our client is seeking a passionate and driven professional with a great time-management and multi-tasking abilities.

Additional Notes The Administrative Assistant is expected to;
• Maintain agenda and assist in planning and reminding appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• professional in HR document control systems.
• Act as the point of contact between internal/external parties.
• Undertake the tasks of receiving and screening calls to managers, take messages and redirect calls when
• appropriate.
• Handle managers requests, tasks and queries appropriately
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
• Make travel arrangements
• Take notes, minutes of meeting and accurately enter and secure data.
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
• Maintain electronic and paper records and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
