Responsibilities • Performing gap analysis to identify key process improvements
• Capturing and tracing business issues in the current state business processes.
• Recommending integration and improvement in the existing processes and redesigning process documentation (as appropriate), that would yield better results for clients.
• Assist with developing and delivering improvements in the process / policy documentation across business divisions within the organization.
• Ability to do business processes Improvement/Reengineering (BPI/BPR)
• Policy & Procedure Documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
• Guide and mentor all teams to implement the changes.
