Responsibilities •Maintain strong familiarity of company products

•Review factory equipment updates and supplier goods

•Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

•Communicate and work in coordination with architects, general contractors, building managers and internal operations the necessary information to assure client satisfaction and achieve sales objective

•Create pricing and bidding packages by obtaining blueprints of proposed projects

•Review specifications with Field Operations Manager for completeness and accuracy to ensure that jobs are profitable for the company

•Present bids/pricing proposals to clients by explaining cost factors, performance, durability and equipment

•Coordinate submittal packages through the approval process and creates change orders as requested once client accepts proposal

•Visit project sites when necessary and work with operations department to ensure client’s needs and deadlines are being met

•Build strong client relationships and maintain market awareness of projects and competitors

•Meet and/or exceed assigned sales and client objectives
