Growth hacker who is a "game changer" and "master builder”, someone who owns a set of both conventional and unconventional marketing experiments that lead to growth of a business, defined by his or her unique iconoclastic experience, style, and points of view, This means somebody who is counter intuitive thinker, fearless personality, boundless optimism and desire to apply a change, This individual will help lead the growth charge, with quick iteration and prioritization of initiatives that identify and capitalize on scalable channels for user growth.

Your aspiration is to improve the ways people live, learn, and work through strong mix of invention, discovery and expression that will guarantee best Marketing to our products/ services. You are capable to innate interest in learning about customer’s behavior through both numbers and qualitative data, willingness to learn what not already known, applying rapid experimentation across marketing channels and product development to identify the most effective, efficient ways to grow a business with the focus on long-term sustainability.

Growth hacker’s jobs' responsibilities
• Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/targets or KPIs to focus on
• Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow and reach targets
• Conduct comparison testing to those ideas.
• Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.
• Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Operations, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
• Driving traffic to our service
• Working on a lean startup process.
• Working with Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
• Prioritizing growth channels.
• Optimizing channels.


• Have a deep understanding of large social web and mobile platforms, and social/viral mechanics
• Team-focused and highly collaborative
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Super Fluent in the English language
• Obsessed with getting things done and finding a way to do it
